At Teletone Audio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-fidelity equipment. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the audio equipment in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a safe transit and full refund eligibility.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days of starting your request.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned hardware for quality assurance, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
